The place is next to the supermarket and the bar as well as the centre of town. Not to mention that it is located easy to access the bus stop to go elsewhere.

Unwilling to say goodbye! Had a nice studio suite with a killer view. Gotta mention the sweet pool and the stunning lake view. The staff were super nice and easy to chat with. 😊

We loved that the apartment was traditional. Professional staff, were happy to help. Great value for money and good value for money room. It had very nice central location, but poor area. Big size property for amazing value.

The bed was too small.

New apartment with everything you need just off a hill as well as Ksamil. It has great views from the bedroom, that btw was separate, had comfortable bed and pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue with its great location close to the center, and we can't wait to go back.

I stayed at Ksamil Apartments for a week and it was an amazing experience. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, even offering to help with my luggage. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and organized, with attention to every small detail. It was also very clean, even cleaner than my own home. The family running the place was incredibly nice and made me feel like part of their own family. They even gave me homemade alcohol and olive oil as a parting gift. The location was perfect, with the beach and supermarket just a short walk away. I can't wait to come back again next year!

the pool was a highlight, and I really enjoyed the outside showers and toilets. the rooms were spacious, with balconies offering beautiful views on all sides. I also appreciated the personal kitchens, which allowed me to avoid the overpriced restaurants in the area. Despite the number of guests, the atmosphere was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with any inquiry. I definitely hope to return one day. Cons: Nothing it is perfect. 😊.

The newly renovated apartments were clean and well set out. The friendly Albanian family made us feel welcomed. The location was walking distance to the beach and city center. The excellent wifi connection was a plus.

This family-run apartment is a great find for budget travelers. the location is fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the rooms are basic but very clean and well set out, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the view. the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. They even provide towels, extra sheets, and a well-stocked kitchenette. the WiFi connection is excellent, perfect for staying connected. a great value for money option.

The shower in the bathroom could use a curtain for privacy.

The location was good and absolutely perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Ksamil Beach. Truly enjoyed how close we were to a bakery and supermarkets. Room was exceptionally clean and brand-new and included with private bathroom and a great view plus balcony. There was a nice pool and views over the lake.

I always come back here for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen utensils, AC. The staff even helped me with money exchange on my first stay. Perfect for a city break!

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment called Ksamil Apartments in a beautiful location. We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The newly renovated apartment was basic but very clean and well set out. We loved having a balcony with drying racks for our wet bathers and towels. The small kitchenette had all the essentials for cooking, although we mainly ate out. The bed was very comfortable and there was a television in the bedroom. The wifi connection was excellent, and the host was in contact before our arrival to provide helpful information.
